Staff were above and beyond helpful, we ordered the jacket no problems, when we went to pick it up it had marker pen, they returned it and then we changed our minds as the size 4 is small in sleeve length and bust so we upped a size to size 6. Staff called all the way through to let me know where my order was at. This is why i shop online at Next its just so simple and time saving... i was the nuisance customer and they handled EVERYTHING like pros.. the jacket is also lovely, very light weight but so soft and VERY VERY VERY WARM!
