The pot is durable and can withstand frequent use and high heat, and is particularly suitable for preparing milk and water-based soups, porridge, sauces and sauces. Fiskars Hard Face is equipped with a ceramic non-stick Ceratec™ Superior coating that makes cooking a breeze. The Ceratec™ coating is both easy to clean and safe to use, and it browns ingredients nicely, so you can easily fry eggs and vegetables, sear meat and poultry, and even work with fragile ingredients like fish or tofu. The pot is made of 100% recycled aluminium, which ensures fast and efficient heating on all cooking zones, including induction. A robust energy-saving base works well on all cooking zones, but the greatest benefits are achieved on glass-ceramic cooking zones, where the energy-saving base provides up to 50% faster heating and uses 30% less energy thanks to easy distribution of heat.
