1. Good service. I took my delivery at Allsports Bagatelle. Using the addidas chart, I was a size 11. However, when trying the sandal it was a bit too tight. The lady checked if they had a size one up and happily changed it.

2. A little improvement would be to inform the client when the goods is ready for pickup at the requested shop.
