Disappointing Purchase

Unfortunately, the DIME® 2 TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS' right earbud is faulty; it does not hold a charge and does not sync with the left earbud. The outcome is that only the left earbud works. I have contacted Allsport, who have informed me that they will collect the DIME® 2 TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS today, Saturday, January 9, 2026 for testing. Hopefully the faulty earbud can be repaired or replaced. Despite this negative feedback Allsports service has been great!
