High-strength two-component epoxy adhesive
Excellent quality of this high-strength two-component epoxy adhesives provide solid bonding and repairs with a strength of 300 kg/cm2. Adhesive resists moisture, oils, solvents, dilute acids and alkalis. It has a high thermal resistance from -40°C to +100°C. After hardening, it can be drilled and painted.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, marble, rubber, foam polystyrene etc., both among themselves and with each other. Not suitable for PP bonding, PE, Teflon and silicone.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The glued parts must be clean, dry and degreased. Extrude the filler and hardener in volume ratio 1:1 (two equal strips) and mix thoroughly. Workability The adhesive is 90 minutes at room temperature. Apply the glue one-sided, u rough and porous materials on both sides, press both surfaces together and Fix (using clamps or tape). Clean and close the ends of the tubes thoroughly. Time Curing and final functional strength depend on the incoming temperature – see table. The minimum working temperature is 15°C. Store in a cool and dry place.
Table of strength depending on temperature and time:
Temperature [°C] Time Strength [kg/cm2]
20 ... 12 hours ... 120
40 ... 3 hours ... 150
70 ... 45 minutes ... 200
100 ... 10 minutes ... 250
180 ... 5 minutes ... 300
