In the 1950s German journalists would publish unauthorized photos of prototype vehicles in a major automotive magazine and called them ‘Erlkönig‘ due to their mysteriousness. The name stuck and is now synonymous with prototype cars. This BMW M Motorsport SDS collection takes inspiration from the unique graphics from those old newspapers, and pieces feature the original BMW MMS ‘Erlkönig‘ graphic alongside the marque‘s signature logo.
