Solid earbuds for tweens and teens, though I did have an initial hiccup. When unboxing the earbuds wouldnt charge, I thought they were DOA (Dead On Arrival) and called the Allsport customer service team. They were kind and polite and offered to pick them up and verify.
During the day i decided to play around with them, take the earbuds out and place them back in, open the lid multiple times and close, give a gentle shake of the box, pray to the gods and finally the charging light appeared. Charged them and they worked. Called customer service to cancel the pick up.
Overall a good set, just be prepared for some shenanigans when unboxing and using them for the 1st time.....
