The product I bought was defective, I had to return it to Allsport to exchange with another product. The return process took more time than I would have liked but eventually I was offered a replacement item (Jib™+ Wireless Earbuds, different one) as well as a refund for the difference in price.

The Jib+ wireless earbuds are OK for the price I guess. They may not work too well in noisy settings (for example in a vehicle with noise from outside traffic) as I found out and the ear buds can be a pain to fit inside one's ear. However they offer relatively good sound quality when used indoors.

I unfortunately can't compare its performance with the Jib+ Active as the ones I purchased initially didn't work. But Jib+ Active does appear more comfortable compared to Jib™+ Wireless.
