Excellent service from Allsport. Delivery was done next day and delivery guy was nice and courteous (shout out to him, I totally forgot to ask his name but he said he resides at Rose Hill). As for the product, it's good and does the job. 24g protein per scoop. Mixes ok. I just wish it had less artificial sweetener as it's way too sweet for my liking (Cookies & Cream) if I use the direction on the label, which says 1 scoop + roughly 180 ml water/milk. Way too sweet. 1 scoop + 400-500 ml water/milk works better for me in terms of sweetness level and taste but I would have preferred less artificial sweetener in the first place and therefore to not have to add that much extra water/milk. When it comes to artificial ingredients, the lesser, the better. Overall, good product nevertheless.
