To be certified organic this honey has been harvested from clover flowers growing in spray and chemical free pastures. These flowers cling to the rugged hillsides of the Central Otago region in New Zealand’s deep south. The hot, dry summers of this spectacular region are captured by this classic, traditional honey. It is a delicate flavoured honey with notes of sweet, dry grass.
